Description | Quote from "Regularity" on Steam Discussion: "If a race plans on launching an attack on your outposts, and you boost their standing to positive in the meantime, they still launch the attack but return home upon arrival instead of fighting. However, sometimes they get "stuck" ... my outpost shows hostile ships invading (the purple icons on the overview), but whenever I try to defend the outpost, it automatically ends combat immediately since they're not actually hostile in tactical combat."
