| Description | Right now the game suffers from a paucity of information on how your choices affect things. One thing in particular is rather opaque: the effect of RCI values. A simple expansion of the tooltip, so that it says that something like "with their Medical value of -20, this planet suffers from a 4% reduction in birth rates and is 100% more likely to have a disease outbreak", probably in a bulleted list format. If the list would be too large to display in a tooltip, then it should be with the detailed planet info. This should be step one in improving the game's internal documentation, so that a player can learn what effects his actions will have. | ||||

For 1.020: * Now when you mouseover an RCI value (either the under-the-planet overlay on the map itself, or in the planetary sidebar, or in the planetary details window) it will include a listing of the specific effects of that RCI value. ** Some effects were omitted from this as too niche to make sense here (relating to the eligibility of specific events or quests, etc), so if there's something you suspect is going on but isn't being shown, please let us know.
