| Description | Proposed - with sufficient credits & time, players can introduce new parties (i.e. those not randomly selected for this playthrough) into Andor politics. Easy implementation - allow speechmaking for ~all~ potential andor politics, let the player eventually build the seat level up to majority. More challenging implementation - have a separate function whereby the player can do a hostile action (carpetbagging/foreign money in politics) to sponsor one of the non-selected parties. Either the lowest ranked party drops out, or this new one is added to the list, at the cost of time, credits, and influence. | ||||

It would be nice if Federalists are always present in Andoran politics. Alternatively, all parties could be present, but only X major parties (after each election) are visible, the other's being lumped into an Other Affiliation Category. |

I like this idea, but I fear it might make the Andor too useful. The Pacifiers are already super-important, though I'm not sure how much of that is because of how eager races are to start wars. |

Yeah, in my current game I lost 20 months twice trying to raise cash in AFA missions to get the Boarines in the Fed and both times I finally showed back up on the scene to have my Fedies attacking them :( Andor Pacifiers to the rescue! |

Can't you make the speach to weaken a party (like the bottom one) and have them fall off the list? I could've swarn I had the federationalists show up later in a game. But maybe I started a new one and my brain is just playing tricks on me. |
