| Description | The Boarines and the Acturians are in the Union of Independent States. The Boarines has a -1.4 relationship with the Acturians. I'm doing the Attacking Perimeter Defense mission at a Acturian controlled Manufacturing Outpost. The Andors are at war with the Acturians and give me +10 influence from Enemy of my Enemy. The Acturians give me -20 for Attacks against our ships. The Boarines give me +0.5 for Enemy of my Enemy. So while the Boarines are not friendly to the Acturians, they are in the same Union. Should they really reward me for killing their own allies? | ||||
