Summary	0014456: Skylaxians hate everything
Description	Ok, so, these guys seem to be going very much in the opposite direction of what their personality is supposed to be. I've yet to see them even once not have the "pro war" bit be under 70%, and they'll attack other races for no apparent reason. I can sorta understand them attacking someone like the Burlusts, if they're getting out of control, but they'll also attack the Andors (who were hardly doing anything at all, certainly nothing to provoke it), and the Boarines (who were too weak to do anything) and so on. In addition, their power level seems to pretty consistently go totally out of control. Pretty much always, they're the strongest with an absurd amount of ships. The warlike races are currently a bit too weak, and this race that seems poised to be the "good guys" just try to splatter everything.
