Summary	0014472: Selling Slaves -- An Influence Problem
Description	Selling slaves of a race that is the enemy ("At War") of another race shouldn't induce a penalty (unless that race has serious issues with slavery--probably the Andors). It probably should also not be a big problem for races that don't see a problem with slavery (Burlusts and Thoraxians?) The penalty should also be larger for the race you're selling into slavery than the other races.
