Summary | 0014485: Assisting with Armada Construction/Harvesting Space Junk should count as Aiding Enemy Planets
Description | When you use a Dispatch Mission to assist a planet with its RCI scores, you get an 'Aiding Enemy Planets' penalty with any race the owner of that planet is at war with. However, you do not currently get that penalty when Assisting with Armada Construction or Harvesting Space Junk. Receiving the penalty if you perform either of those two actions would make a very high degree of sense, since the whole point of them is that they directly increase the military power of the race you are aiding. EDIT: A case could be made that these two actions should even have a per-month influence penalty rather than an one-shot one - after all, the bonuses from them seem to be powerful enough that they can easily throw the outcome of an entire war in many circumstances when applied for an extended period of time, and if you spend 10 months helping one side triple their fleet production so they can crush the other guy, the opponent should probably be more pissed off than just -4 influence about that.
