| Description | Most of the game hints suggest forming a strong partnership with a few select allies, forming the federation and then defeating the enemies or backdooring the rest in. However, if you focus on creating a strong relationship between two races and empowering them they will form their own Alliance which is 'implacably against' the federation. Even avoiding providing too much military power to them, the odds are the will become involved in conflict before you have the influence to start the Fed giving you two choices: help them win the war, and suffer from this issue, or watch the race you have invested in die. |
