Summary	0014514: Helping Construct Outposts Doesn't Create Anything
Description	Attempting to help the Thoraxians and Burlusts build outposts. I tried the dispatch for both Military and Construction outposts. By the end, the dispatch completes, but there are no outposts on the map.

Ajnin Apr 24, 2014 2:18 pm reporter ~0036690	I noticed there seemed to be a limit of ouposts that are seen/made.. I made more outposts a few times, but never left the home planet and the new station was never made..
