| Description | The Federation Screen states that the Thoraxians are able to form the Federation with the Skylaxians. However, there is no available options for the Thoraxian to do so. The Skylaxians are NOT listed with a viable method of creating a Federation with the Thoraxians on the Federation screen. However, they are able to when I talk to them. | ||||
