| Description | and influence increase of .1 per month of doing something, would take 6 years, to get to the same level as gifting a tech.. maybe a research tech called Diplomacy and/or Diplomacy(race) could increase that to .5 or 1 per month instead.. since there is only a few years between tech advances.. or just tweak it a bit higher to begin with | ||||
