| Description | My research rate is 10.7, I had 2 Research Outposts, and it took 9 months to research Meson Computers. After outsourcing 1 & 2 research outposts the duration to learn Meson Computers did not change. Additionally, capturing further research outposts does not increase my research rate nor change the duration to learn Meson Computers. | ||||
