| Description | -If two factions have little to no military power, they should be willing to make peace with one another on their own. Then they can build up armadas again without them just dying almost immediately. They might also be willing to make peace if their opinions of each other rise high enough, with different races having different thresholds for peace. -Is there some way to raid pirates for loot or to destroy pirate bases without going to other races for help? If yes, how is not obvious. If no, could the option be added? Possibly in a menu for general actions you can do anywhere? -The option to acquire a space station peacefully, or build one for yourself would be nice. Especially given how some key actions (build Acutian industry building) can only be taken if you control one. | ||||

I was about to post each of these ideas myself. I'd like to be able to buy stations from races. I'd like the option of having a race help you build one (requiring a combination of time, credits, and raw resources but giving you the station upon completeion). I'd like the option to hire a bunch of Construction Worker goons, raw materials (or equivalent value in credits) and build one without the help of any race. I also want to be able to just go off and raid/destroy pirates even if every race in the system hates me too much to be willing to go with me, or if I just don't want to risk their resources. These solo actiopn buttons could either be available from the main GUI, or could come up as missions at your "batcave" in the old Hydral planet's remains. |
