Description | I'm not exactly sure if this is a bug or a 'thematic feature' of these vessels, but like the title says, the passive weapons of the Burlust and Thoraxian player flagships ignores the general Hold Fire command. Combined with the fact that they also seem to sometimes prioritize civilian and military structures over enemy ships and turrets, this could result in some rather frustrating unavoidable collateral damage situations. | ||||

Confiming this for the Prototype Herald (the Evuck ship) as well. Passive systems fire even when on hold fire. I definitely think they should be disabled when told not to fire. ...but then again, the Andor ship probably should always use those interceptor missiles. They can only hit enemy shots, right? Well, up to the devs to think about this :-) |
