| Description | Whenever I try to improve the relations of 2 races with each other no matter how much they like me they will just join together in an anti federation alliance before I can get the required 90 influence between them to form the federation making it impossible for me to even start making a federation. On multiple occasions races that idolize me have created an anti federation alliance. | ||||
