| Description | When hovering over a deal on the Federation window, or a race in the Form Federation deal, it shows the Federation Point total for the race you are starting with and not the other one. It does this even if the race you are starting with has enough FP to form a Federation, so it will tell you things like "a race needs at least 1,000 FP to form the Federation, and you only have 1,123". | ||||
