| Description | E.g. gifting a safety tech to a Boarine Regent focussed on Defense could yield the double amount of benefit in terms of influence etc. Similar adjustments could be made based on Hive Queen Moods, Senat Priorities, Ruling Andor Parties etc. Would be much more "life-like" as well as another strategic option this way (e.g. by adjusting the mood before the gift etc.) | ||||

Gifting planetary defense tech to besieged planets could increase their value as well. Etc. etc. A similar adjustment to the different "Improve" dispatches would be awesome as well (so helping with armadas is best when under siege or on a war footing, the various RCI improvements have greater value at lower RCIs, Improving relations worth more when seeking galactic unity/for peaceloving races. or races with bad relations, etc). Actually, I'm going to open a new suggestion thread for the improvement missions, but I'll leave this comment here as well. |
