| Description | I'm doing my customary new-patch observer games, and am observing the heck out of some weird behavior: an Andor Fear Empire. I'm uploading a save where they are preparing to seize another planet after they finish killing everyone living on it. | ||||

It's not happening in all cases. In my game the Andorians are sieging the Burlusts with their 23k fleet (the Burlusts have 70b ground strength). The Andorians aren't making any headway. However, they just lost all their outposts to the Boarines who sent 1 200 strength Armada to blow them all up. The AI still doesn't defend or reappropriate fleets during a blockade action after they have destroyed all of the defense fleets. |

Thanks! * Previously, races were willing to surrender their planets to Andors, who would then accept them. Now when a race would surrender, the Andors instead simply declare a mutual truce with that race for a while. |
