| Description | The Federation Progress screen claims "Not yet ready to make deal" for Create Federation for Safety but I've met the listed requirements, 90 mutual attitude between Peltian Andor and Peltian Skylaxian. Were the requirements changed and the text not up dated or is it a bug where influence values aren't registering correctly? Edit: Never mind, Skylaxian attitude towards Peltians is only 43. I forgot to check both ways between those two. | ||||
