| Description | Manufacturing and Science outposts do not speed the player's build or research times, respectively. I don't believe this was always the case, and if it is indeed a gameplay change their tooltips could probably use some clarification. Included are save files pre science outpost, I'll file another ticket with a post outpost save | ||||

Btw, you can upload additional files after the ticket's been opened. There's an "Upload file" box right below the relationships box, which is below the main area. If you submit the ticket, then view your freshly created ticket, you can attach multiple files to the same ticket. (I didn't realize this at first either, it's kinda hidden). |

Thanks! * Fixed an issue with bonuses from science outposts and manufacturing outposts not giving their proper underlying bonuses per outpost. Basically a big part of this was that if you did not have any "boosts outposts" techs for science it would do nothing, and it in general would do nothing for manufacturing outposts. |
