Summary	0015124: Misreported influence loss/gain
Description	Whenever you lose or gain influence with a race as a result of a combat, the results are misreported as follows: Let's say you are at -25 influence and lose another -50 as a result of combat: The actual result is that you go from -25 to -75. The reported result on the results screen is that you went from -75 to -125! Back on the solar map, your real influence is still -75. In other words, the game is using the "resulting influence" number as its "starting influence", and then acting as if it was adding/subtracting the influence lost/gained a second time. This is not the only bug affecting influence loss/gain, but it's the easiest I found to reproduce.
