Summary	0015187: No Abilities showing and no opening cutscene
Description	So the new update came out and I decided to see whats up. But when I started a new game, the opening cut scene didn't show. after retrying it was clear it wasn't a one time thing (maybe linked to the new observer mode skip). pressing on, i started a terra-forming quest and found that my abilities were gone. None of them were showing.
