| Description | I've been watching these boarines. Their regent has been in population mode over the last 20+ years. However, the equilibrium population has also been reached over most of this time. Is there any chance they'll ever get out of population mode? I'm not certain - all of the land area has been developed, their compatibility has risen from 0.2 to 1.94 now, and the regent will not consider anything else. Perhaps the AI can be tweaked in this regard? | ||||
