Summary	0015242: All forcefields should indicate if they reduce firepower
Description	Somewhat in line with the recent change to indicate what units get less of a firepower reduction, I think each forcefield should be explicit about if it reduces firepower of covered units. Tooltip updates would be good, or perhaps even a slightly different visual look for "solid but not FP reducing" FFs
