Summary | 0015287: Multiple ARSs on same planet give only one extra ship
Description | Don't know if that's considered a bug or intended behavior, but on a ten planet map it can occur that AI 1 and AI 2 both have advanced research stations on the same planet. Building a command station on that planet only yields one additional ship type instead of two. That is even more of a problem since on a ten planet map you need additional ship types most desperately. Additional information that could be useful: The ARS tab of these particular research stations shows six ship types instead of three, (the first of which is checked and all greyed out as usual when not hacking anything). If this is intended behavior, I'd suggest at least leaving the choice to the player which of the six ships he wants (without hacking) to compensate for the loss of an additional ship type. Another idea would be to be able to get two ship types by hacking both stations and then conquering the system. So you could invest hacking points to avoid losing that extra type.
