I have not (yet) found the save with the game from the report, but I attached another one with potentially similar issues. Stella Lyra: Awesome Economic rating, but x0.94 Armada Construction Rate (which is a nerf right?) Nephele: Slightly negative Economic rating, but x1.5 Building Construction Rate (which is a buff, right?) See attached screenshots as well. PS: Since you are working on the tooltips I marked the other one from my wishlist as related, even though its armada strength, not RCI - hope that's okay ;). |

Found another one with an even stronger effect. Please look at Shri, again the Construction Rate multipliers are totally bogus. See also the attached screenshot. For what it is worth I could only find bogus numbers in the Economic tooltips so far - might be happenstance, though. The original save is gone = /. |

Thanks! * The boosts to local manufacturing based on the economy versus the local racial compatibility have now been broken out into separate numbers rather than one combined one (because the combined one led to really crazy-looking results). |
