Summary	0015344: Prohibit Starships from entering Carriers
Description	Thread title says it all: Starships should not be able to load into Carriers during waves and CPAs. This is an issue because Carriers mask starships from defenses like OMDs, or from manual targetting (Pinky, the Plasma Siege Starship). And thematically, it doesn't make sense--the point of carriers is to hold large numbers of fleetships and channel their power (and prevent computer meltdown, but who counts that one?).
