| Description | Here, the Andors and the Acutians have enough influence with each other to build a federation. However, the information is still greyed out (presumably the check is still 300 influence?) The same with Peltians. You can still form the federation between them though, so this does not affect gameplay. Also, note that the create strong federation and create federation for safety hides the default federation creation information for the partners of Peltians and the Burlusts. So I can't see the normal route from that side. | ||||
