Summary	0015429: In "smugle in resistance Fighter" the race in my federation is attacking me
Description	I'm in a game with only the Skylaxians in the Federation. They have +1500 influence toward me They are at war with the Thoraxians. When I start a mission "smugle in resistance Fighter" on a Thoraxian planet, the Skylaxians are attaking me and the Ships that are carrying the Troops.
