Summary	0015462: ships moving to nomad redirected to new entrance point during swap.
Description	when ships are heading through a wormhole into a nomad world right as it changes connections (ending the connection being used), they can end up in the new neighboring system instead of in the systems involved. have save available from after the issue, but this is going to be a corner case that is nigh impossible to duplicate. had 4 enclave starships going from Cenvin to Nomad 2, one got left in cenvin, 3 ended up in aonno (5 hops from cenvon, now connected to nomad 2)
