| Description | Using the "Poison Local Population" dispatch claims to be reducing the medical score, but does not. Sabotaging medical buildings does not reduce medical score. The Skylaxians also seemed to carry over the previous owner's medical score when capturing worlds, however this was not true of the Burlusts. | ||||

I've noticed this one time. I've tried to raise the economic RSI during an event that reduce the economic. But that didn't work. I've only got this bug once. |

I played another game today, and was able to reduce the RCI of other factions. Did not attempt it with the Skylaxians again, however. Might be a one-time thing, or specific to the Skylaxians. |
