| Description | Because of the change in 1.027 where the relations and the armada building dispatch now cost money, the Tutorial no longer makes sense when it suggests to get the Andors/Skylaxians/Peltains spacefaring and then run dispatches to get more credits. Because of the ramp up effect from the quick start, the only two dispatches that are availible at the start of the game are the two that now cost credits to use. | ||||
