DescriptionSuggest that Astrotrains only add progress when arriving at a set planet where the big project is going to spawn (which is always a threatened planet, at that time) Additionally, at 100% progress, launch a custom astro train, with a model like advanced hybrids have from an AI homeworld. Move it to that planet, routing through stations, and never leaving AI planets if possible. Escort as wanted. At arrival, charge for 1 minute, then spawn that project. If killed, lose 5% to 25% progress (not random, just a range of percent losses)

As is, I think astrotrain projects arn't that interruptable. If all of that stuff occured nearby, and was possible to raid for, AND you had the critical component you could block, it would be easier to interact with them.
