Summary0015794: Canceling rally point causes ships to ignore rally posts
DescriptionWhen canceling a rally point for a starship constructor or ship constructor (by right-clicking on itself), ships constructed by those constructors longer use the rally posts (neither mobile nor redirectors).
This might be an issue with cancelling a rally point, but I could not find any other way to have constructors not have their own rally point other than by clicking on themselves.

constructors rally point doesnt by itself trigger rally post activities ever.
if they travel to a different system then the rally posts will get involved as part of the warp in coding.
