| Description | See attached save. A Hydral signal in the Ice Belt has been reported by the Boarines. The Boarines do not have the respective friendly action to go on a joint mission to investigate he signal. The Burlust homeworld has it, but they are not willing to do the deal (understandably with regard to the current influence with them). My planet is on the ice belt as well, but I have no "joint action" to do the investigation with "me" in my friendly actions menu. Maybe it would be reasonable to allow the Hydral to investigtae signals on it sown planets? Or is there another reason the action is not available on Enlil? | ||||

For 1.604: * Search-for-hydral-tech actions: ** Now allowed from planets and outposts owned by you. ** The general concept of "in the ice belt" has been broadened significantly to avoid situations where a planet was visually in the belt but it wasn't counting for the purpose of the tech mission eligibility.
