| Description | Given the longer-term nature of TLF, I know that I have saved games and then come back a few days later and had no idea what I was thinking. Some sort of player note entry would be great, possibly attached to in-game objects. If forced to name only two screens where I might want to take notes, it would be the main solar system view and the race relations screen. For example, I would almost certainly note the planets where the Mire and Ark were in any game that I was playing, and I might want to note that the Burlusts were marked for extinction or that I've been working on getting the Peltians and Skylaxians together or whatever. | ||||

For 1.603: * Added a "Player Notes" button to the bottom of the advisor screen, which opens a large multi-line textbox that you can put whatever you want into, and the contents will be remembered across save/load. Thanks :) |

It'd be neat if the Player Notes were mapped to the Enter hotkey. Right now when you hit enter, it brings up a chat function which...makes very little sense! Being an offline game and all. Player Notes would make much more sense. |
