Summary | 0015985: CTRL key doesn't work for Ubuntu 14.04 when "locate-pointer" setting is enabled.
Description | Thank you for making this excellent product! Games geared toward co-op gameplay are not common (or not as common as I would like ;-), and it's much appreciated. Issue: When 'locate-pointer' is enabled, the ctrl key doesn't work. This seems like a gnome/unity issue with the 'locate-pointer' setting, but does affect gameplay and takes a bit if fiddling to figure out how to work around it. Although this is a minor issue to fix / work around, it severely impacts gameplay. User workaround: Search for 'locate-pointer' using dconf-editor, and disable it. Possible programmatic workaround: Save the state when AIWar starts, then disable. Also, disable whenever AIWar gains focus, and re-enable (if originally enabled) whenever AIWar loses focus, exits, or crashes. Other options: * Include some notice or warning that is very evident, possibly conditional on 'locate-pointer' being enabled.
