Summary | 0016063: Crunching partially-full AI carriers together
Description | It's ironic to say that... more AI ship-crunching may be necessary for carriers themselves. I've been noticing through my current high-AIP game that many carriers flowing in (this is possibly from AI special forces) are nowhere near full, and this causes carrier inflation. Wave carriers hold up to a thousand ships, but a lot of these in my game have less than a hundred ships. So I've got 550 carriers on a single planet, but only 45000 ships there. Still not anywhere near that huge of a deal compared to pre-carrier era AI War though (and this is probably a niche issue), but it at least would help more-accurately determining carrier threat. Just as long as carriers don't instantly merge all their goods into my backdoor!
