Summary	0016067: There's no use for Pilots of a destroyed race. Thoraxian/Peltian
Description	As it stands currently in game, if either of these two races are destroyed, the pilots of their races become completely useless. They "simply aren't marketable". I suggest addition of some new mechanic, similar to a regular prisoner exchange. The peltian pilots could possibly be sold off to another race for some form of credit or influence. The payment probably wouldn't be very high if sold to a warlike race, as peltians are in fact rather useless to them. However payment to a "peaceful" race such as the Skylaxians or Andors could provide a higher influence boost as a result of trying to preserve the destroyed race. Thoraxian pilots, probably as a result of not having a queen will become docile, and possibly could be used for research by other races, granting a short term boost, possibly for a month (or used as trophies, such as in the case of the Burlusts). In the inital case, granting a minor research boost, or in the case of the Burlusts, a Leverage boost similar to a "high quality" bribe item, and maybe a temporary boost to ground force combat strength.
