Summary0001608: Engineers and Rebuilders from control nodes are sometimes doubled
DescriptionI usually keep the control nodes settings to 1 engineer and 1 rebuilder on every planet, yet, when I've just finished building a command station on a freshly conquered planet, sometimes 2 of both start building. Cancelling the extra pair doesn't cause them to get rebuilt.

I can also say I've seen this behavior as well.

IIRC this bug occurs if the instant your comm station finishes building is also the instant the game checks to see if the right number of auto-build engies exist. It is a random timing collision that may be hard to fix.
