| Description | The fluff says that your robot 'citizens' have no minds of their own and cannot do active planetary research. Yet they appear to: you occasionally see "Technology X has been researched through the normal scientific efforts of this race" for yourself, with the corresponding tech acquired. Savegame included. Observe the notification log. (As a side note, your planets will happily construct buildings on their own as well. This could make sense given the existence of a planetary AI governor of some sort.) This is not necessarily a bug; there are a few ways I could see this be resolved: * Decide it's a bug and fix it. * Decide it's a feature and fix the tutorial. * Decide it's an unlockable feature and require that artificial sapience be discovered (possibly through the butchery and neuromapping of 'live' Acutian / Andor specimens, given that these robotic races *can* perform independent research) before your race will develop normally on its own. | ||||

so does this mean they wont do anything now!? no researching or constructing!? :( again... this sounds really bad... Edit: i wanted to add a report about minions didn't benefits enough from research multiplier they just stop at some point. Well at last they can still find good techs at random... |
