Summary	0016137: Can start ironman with unsaveable names, but can't stop.
Description	It's possible to start an ironman game with '?' in the name, but it can't be saved. The game still plays normally, except that whenever the game would save a sign pops up saying that it can't be saved. The only exception is when you try to save and quit, at which point the game reminds you that it can't be saved and leaves you on the city map, unable to escape (unless you use alt+f4 or an equivalent).
