Summary0016256: screen blacking issue.
Descriptionwhen I load up a game with islands style the screen goes black and I cant do anything apart from move the camera.

 Confirm - regardless of mapsize/starting race. Also, the setup status counter "watering holes" goes at a 'normal' pace from 0-100, but then continues to ~ 170%, during which it ticks through each whole number slowly.

For 0.809:

* Changed the design of the Islands map type to be compatible with the initial-building-area needs of the player and the AI races. Generally larger islands, less forest, etc.
