| Description | In the attached save if you look to the southwest of the main city you can see an underground building that is displayed as a valid helipad target. The building is directly underneath a Spire building. If you click on the underground building it displays TileDoesNotPermitAirAttacksOnUndergroundBuildings. | ||||
