Yeah, it automatically does that whenever any building that causes pollution is being placed. I'm uncertain how to feel about that. |

Thanks! * The main player military buildings (all but cobalt bomb launcher and coordinated military command) no longer give off any pollution. ** Otherwise it triggers the pollution emission overlay (rightly so), which was confusing since that seems almost like a range indicator but is not. |
