| Description | In the attached save, I have generated a considerable sum of planetary rage. The values are rather strange in some cases. Given that there are several things in the same that Chris will want to look at given a city of this size (the largest ever I think actually). I'll not meander my way to a point. The major oddities were: Penalty for buildings and population. Penalties for building shrines (i.e., since they count as buildings). Penalties for unspent energy (extra for military action) but not total energy produced. | ||||

Thanks! * The amount of planetary rage generated by various things has been considerably rebalanced. Pretty much all of the multipliers have been substantially altered, and the multiplier for the total number of tiles used has gone away. ** The multiplier about power use was indeed previously supposed to be based on the amount of net power you had left over after power usage, not on your gross power production, but that was quite confusing to say the least and has now been changed to just use gross power. |
