Summary	0016409: Other races seem to be very close together
Description	Not sure if this is an issue but in all my games so far the other races seem to be building cities very close to each other in some cases less than a tile away. I have attached a save of my current game and to the north of my city is a Skylaxian city and this is attached to a Peltian and Acutian city. This to me seems odd should each race perhaps start a good distance from each other or am I misunderstanding something?
