Summary | 0016463: Targeting a multihex building at the limit of range can trigger an out of range message
Description | There is an overlooked special case with the range calculations of multihex buildings. When you have a multihex building (e.g., seaport), that has one of its hexes in range, but not the others, if you target the "far" hex, the building is considered out of range and an error messages shows up in the log.

For 0.811: * Extended the range checking of attacking to allow targeting a multi-tile building's sub-tile if the main tile is in range. This may increase CPU costs but probably not very much since multi-tile buildings are relatively rare. Thanks :) |

It occurs to me that the Military Command (multi-hex building) might also have range errors (just in the opposite way). However, I can't build one to test it. |
