DescriptionWhen you roll-over the crop & water levels for the non-eating races (Andor, Acutian, Neirzul, etc), they report needing crops and water.

Might be easiest to report their water, and crops levels as NA?

* Tooltips for the meals/crops/water/housing intel values for races that don't need them now just say "N/A".
