Summary0016596: Crime and Gross Crime overlays either don't show a thing or are indiscernable
DescriptionSee attached save.
Gross Crime shows nothing (as far as I can see).
Crime and Police shows blue hexes, which I do not really get the meaning of (might be me again, though).

My assumption is that either these are not functional at the moment or try to visualize crime using the grey fog used for Smog (which is also fairly hard to discern in my book).

How about using the fog mechanic, but giving each overlay a unique color (hue), like purple for crime etc.? The regular fog overlay could maybe be darkened a bit?

Well I am rambling.
I hope you get what I am after here...

I didn't look into the save, but how this works:

1. If there's nothing significant going on on a tile, it shows nothing. This is probably what you were seeing.

2. If there's an excess of police protection above any crime, then it shows increasingly blue colors going to purple depending on how much.

3. If crime is winning out, it goes from yellowish to red.

2. If there's an excess of police protection above any crime, then it shows increasingly blue colors going to purple depending on how much.

This doesn't seem to be working right. I'm getting a consistent color of blue, regardless of the amount of police protection. Save with massive crime and police differentials attached.

Gotcha, thanks! I've put that into our work queue.
